I have been trying to run again on a regular basis. I have used the Couch to 5k app in the past but this time decided to use the Zombies, Run 5k app. It has been pretty good so far and helps to keep things a little interesting with the story line. You get the prompts letting you know when to walk or run and you also have to do exercises at certain times, such as heel lifts and half-squats. Another cool thing is that it can sync up with other apps such as RunKeeper Pro. You can also publish your workouts to Facebook and Twitter if you so desire.
For anyone wanting a little something different for their 5k training, I highly recommend this app!
